An electronic copy of the textbook is included with chapter quizzes, a final exam, and one practice test for the national portion of the PearsonVue salesperson exam. If you wish to have a physical copy of the textbook, hard copies can be purchased from Amazon for approximately $36 (national material) and $29 (state material).

You will have the option to add additional practice tests, for a fee, on the next page.

Complete the course at your own pace. As a reminder, the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission requires the course to be completed in 6 months.

The one-time fee allows full access access to the course for 12 months to allow 6 months to complete the course and an additional 6 months to prepare for the salesperson exam. Additionally, you will receive access to an instructor led review of the OREC Residential Purchase Contract and Listing Agreement plus a checklist of documents commonly used with buyers and sellers.

For subscribers, the recurring payment will be processed every 30 days until the user cancels. When you cancel, your access will remain until the 29th day from your last payment.

License eligibility is the sole responsibility of the user.
